Hot New Products Pellet Packing - Airflow Dryer for wood pellet line – Zhangsheng Detail:

The airflow dryer is to mix the wet raw materials with the high-temperature airflow, and finally separate the water from the raw materials through the separator. The dryer is widely used in food, feed, chemical, pharmaceutical, mining and other industries. The working process of the drying equipment is as follows: after the dehydrated wet material is added to the dryer, the material is dried under the evenly distributed copy board in the pipeline. The machine is evenly dispersed and fully contacted with hot air to speed up the drying heat and mass transfer. During the drying process, under the action of the inclined plate and hot air, the dryer adds a star-shaped discharge valve to discharge the finished product. The working principle of the air dryer is to send the granular wet material into the hot air, and flow with it to obtain granular dry products.
